I lost my access code. Can you recover it?

Unfortunately, no. Because we don't tie access codes to email addresses or personal information, we have no way to recover lost codes. This is by design to protect your privacy. We recommend saving your code in a password manager.

How do I upgrade to Pro?

Visit the Pricing page and click "Buy Pro Access Code." You can pay with credit card or cryptocurrency. You'll receive a new Pro access code to use for one month.

Do I get locked into auto-renewal?

No way. Pro access codes don't auto-renew. You stay in complete control—renew when you want, how you want.

What happens when I run out of messages?

Free tier resets daily. Pro tier? You can top up anytime or wait for your next monthly cycle. Simple as that.

Do I need to provide an email?

Nope. Both tiers work with anonymous access codes. We literally don't want your email.

Is my data really private?
